1. All bids to be per lot as numbered in the catalogue.
2. All coins offered in this catalogue are genuine and are faithfully described. Errors will be corrected, but coins can ONLY be returned with written permission of the cataloguer.
3. The highest bidder to be the buyer. All bidders must have established credit with the cataloguer, or bids will not be executed, unless advance deposit of 25 % of their bids is sent, or first-class references. (Deposits will be refunded to unsuccess- ful bidders.)
4. No charge for executing bids, but postage and insurance will be paid by buyer.
5. Price list of sale, 50c.
6. An ESTIMATED value is given in figures after each lot. This is only a guide and the lot may sell under or over this figure.
7. No unlimited bids at this sale. You must state maxi- mum you are willing to pay, but you may be able to obtain it for less if competitive bidding permits.
8. Lots will be on exhibition one week from April 18th to date of sale at 37 South 18th St., Philadelphia 3, Pa.
9. No lots will be delivered during intermission or while sale is in progress.
